Money Doesn't Have to Be Mysterious

We started eltrovasira in 2019 because we kept meeting people who earned decent incomes but felt constantly stressed about their finances. Not because they were reckless. Just because nobody ever really taught them how money actually works in daily life.

How This Started

I was working with a couple earning over 0,000 combined. They had no idea where their money went each month. Not gambling, not luxury purchases. Just... gone. That conversation stuck with me.

My colleague Kasper had been researching behavioural finance for years, particularly why smart people make puzzling financial decisions. We realized the problem wasn't intelligence or income. People simply didn't have practical frameworks for thinking about their money.

So we built eltrovasira around teaching those frameworks. Not investment strategies or wealth management. Just the foundational habits that make financial life less stressful and more intentional.

What We Actually Believe

These aren't motivational slogans. They're principles we return to when designing every course and consultation.

Context Matters More Than Rules

A single parent in Cairns and a FIFO worker in Perth face completely different financial realities. Cookie-cutter advice doesn't help anyone. We build flexible systems instead.

Small Shifts Compound

Financial transformation doesn't require dramatic lifestyle changes. Adjusting how you think about one purchase category can ripple through your entire budget over six months.

Transparency Builds Trust

We explain why certain approaches work better than others. You should understand the reasoning behind every suggestion we make. No jargon, no mystique.

Our Approach to Learning

Financial education shouldn't feel like homework. We design learning experiences around how people actually absorb and retain information about money.

Each course combines short video explanations with practical exercises you complete using your own finances. Not hypothetical scenarios. Your actual bank statements and spending patterns.
